Job Description:
We are seeking a Journeyman Web Administrator to join our growing team for an upcoming IT/Cyber Security contract based out of Bahrain. The position is contingent upon contract award.
As the Journeyman Web Administrator, you will provide Web Content Administration and subject matter expertise with the ability to complete small-scale SharePoint development projects for NAVCENT in support of the Maritime Mission, provide on-site Web Content Management (UNCLASS/SECRET/JWICS), limited SharePoint development expertise and user training support for the Government’s SharePoint Content Management System and Lotus Domino enterprise platform (Collaboration at Sea (CAS).
Job Responsibilities:

Managing permissions and moving / copying sites;

Reviewing, maintaining, managing, and configuring accounts and sites;

Monitoring trends and reporting to the Government (e.g., site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth);

Developing and implementing pages and sites for all NAVCENT departments;

Performs mapping of information to designated data repositories;
-
Possess working knowledge of C#, JavaScript and HTML;
-
Facilitating monthly training sessions to increase command-wide SharePoint adoption and educate users.
Material & Equipment Directly Used:
-
Navy classified and unclassified C4ISR computer systems and ONE-NET
Working Environment:
-
Candidate will work primarily in computer facilities at Naval commands in an office or computer equipment room environment

Work outside of normal work week hours will be required to participate in meetings, troubleshooting efforts, and installations or upgrades
Physical Activities:
-
Personnel may be required to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
-
Individual must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted
-
The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection of installed computer and network equipment
Job Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Citizen
-
Pre-employment drug screening
-
Active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance
-
IAT Level 2 Certification (Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC or SSCP) required
-
5+ years’ experience with DoD enterprise or Navy networks
-
C4I Systems experience: CENTRIXS, CAS, SharePoint
-
Provide Web Content Administration and subject matter expertise with the ability to complete small-scale SharePoint development projects
-
Provide on-site Web Content Management (UNCLASS/SECRET/JWICS), limited SharePoint development expertise and user training support for the Government’s SharePoint Content Management System and Lotus Domino enterprise platform (Collaboration at Sea (CAS))

Provide troubleshooting for network and operating system issues across multiple platforms

Must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing

Must be able to communicate well with senior Navy/DOD officials and technical personnel

Candidate must be able to provide training as needed
Required Education:
-
BS in Information Technology (or equivalent technical degree) or 5+ years technical experience in related discipline required
