Patricia has 20 years of experience in current and emerging trends, practices, and Information Technology, including 7 years of service in the Navy, operational tours at NCTS Iceland and NCTAMS LANT detachment Hampton Roads. Patricia has served many years in the Defense sector in the roles of Operations and Program Management. With a solid understanding of how important the role innovation must play in driving program growth in the midst of advancing and disruptive technologies, Patricia identifies creative solutions and new ways of doing business.
Chief Strategy Officer
Kevin is a retired U.S. Navy O-6 with over 26 years of Naval Service. Kevin specialized in Navy Information Technology Services for the last 28 years, including ONE-NET, NMCI and IT-21. Kevin’s specialties are NGEN, ONE-NET, C4ISR, Over-the-Horizon Surveillance (ROTHR), International Program Management, Business Development, Capture and Program Management. Kevin led Small Business BD/Capture Program with 3 Prime Contract Awards totaling $208M in 2018.
Highly Qualified Senior Consultant
Willis served in the United States Navy both as enlisted and as an officer focusing on Information Technology, over a 30+ year career. During his time as a naval officer, he was assigned to Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Guam as the Executive Officer, United States Strategic Command, J6 as the SATCOM Policy and Special User Branch Chief, Officer-in-Charge, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Bahrain Field Office, Naval Support Activity, Manama, Bahrain, and Warfighter Integration Division Chief (J66) and Battle Watch Commander for USSTRATCOM, Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Willis’ final Naval assignment was the Director, Cyberspace Operations, USSOUTHCOM.
Chief Technology Officer/
Jim is a retired Navy U.S. Navy O-6 with over 37 years of Naval Service. He is a Technology Executive with extensive expertise in deploying enterprise information systems strategies with an emphasis in communication information systems, cybersecurity, and data & infrastructure. Jim has extensive global experience in building relationships that drive mutual value and create growth opportunities. He leverages a solid command of leading high-performing teams to achieve aggressive results within established timeframes.
Herman "Arch" Archibald
Highly Qualified Senior Consultant
Arch is a retired U.S. Navy O-6 with over 37 years of Naval Service. He develops and executes all aspects of Giesler's growth strategy, including business development, capture, proposal operations, strategic pricing, and customer engagement. Arch has major command tours and executive-level experience leading high performing communications, information technology, cyber security and telecommunications organizations to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems in a multitude of dynamic environments.
Director of Communications
Thavey has a diverse international background, born and raised in Thailand, she is fluent in the language and attended baccalaureate international schools. Her work as an NGO and teaching background all now aid in her role as Director of Communications of Giesler.
Director of Program Engagement
Tara has a diverse background in graphic and video production, curriculum development, and teaching. Now, she uses all those skills as a Program Manager, helping to organize, plan, and develop programs for Giesler and their clients.
Director of Army Engagement
Alex has 9 years of experience in the U.S. Army, including 6 in Special Forces working as a Green Beret with a specialty in communications. Alex has immense experience in military communications (SATCOM, High Frequency, Line of Sight, and Network systems), military planning, Foreign Internal Defense, and tactical operations for USSOCOM in the INDOPACOM, CENTCOM, and AFRICOM AORs.
