How it Works
Halo utilizes an environment’s existing communication infrastructure to transmit and receive data over multiple IP links (Cellular, Wi-Fi, RF, SAT).
Halo automatically detects failed communication channels and seamlessly transfers the data through an alternative channel, in real-time.
The Halo device enables the multiplexing of several communication links, ultimately increasing the bandwidth available for transmitting large packets of information over long distances (Beyond Visual Line of Sight - BVLOS).
Halo splits, encrypts, and sends audio and visual data through several communication links simultaneously:

Halo’s robust bi-directional algorithm splits the data into packets, encrypts each packet, and adds a VPN.

Halo then transmits the secured packets through multiple IP links.

The packets reach their destination where they are received, decrypted, and reassembled.


Testing the
Standalone Device
The Giesler LLC team tested Elsight's Standalone Halo Device in the jungles of Southeast Asia. We were able to establish a secure and reliable Mobile Command Center in under 3 min and 30 sec.
