Captain (Ret) Herman "Arch" Archibald  has a heart of service for his community of Pensacola Florida and the surrounding area.

 

Arch is a Highly Qualified Senior Consultant here at Giesler LLC. He and his wife, Dr. Mary Archibald are also the senior pastors of Empowerment Church International (ECI) in Pensacola Florida, a strategic training and teaching center to encourage, educate, equip, and edify the body of Christ so that the people of God can walk in faith, love, peace, unity, and authority. They are both transformational servant leaders with a passion for world evangelism, missions, service and ministering to hurting people.  

 

They also founded the Empowerment and Transformation Center (ETC) Inc, a non-profit 501(c) 3 social service organization to meet emerging needs in the community.  They are empowering people through enrichment programs that provide life skills training, transition assistance services, food assistance, resiliency training and professional counseling services to citizens in the Greater Pensacola Area.

This coming June 16-18, Mr. Archibald will be hosting a Men’s Retreat titled Kingdom Men A.R.I.S.E.

​

The A.R.I.S.E. Principle stands for Accountable, Responsible, Integrity, Success, and Empowerment.

The purpose of this event is to strengthen faith; foster greater relationships among men; and have lots of fun while building lasting memories. This event will be taking place in Gulf Shores Alabama.
